Job requirements:

1. Experience in construction engineering, municipal projects, landscape architecture, installation budget, cost, and other related fields, with experience in construction engineering preferred; Having a registered cost engineer certificate is preferred;

2. Having at least three years of work experience in a consulting company is a plus;

3. Proficient in using cost software such as Chenxi, Haimai, Guanglianda, and Dasheng; Familiar with various budget group price quotations and list quotation methods, especially proficient in preparing new policy bidding quotation lists.

Water and electricity construction worker (1 person)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for monitoring the water and electricity construction status of ongoing projects, ensuring that the project progress meets the overall schedule requirements, and the project quality meets national norms, industry standards, and internal enterprise standards.


Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in Water Supply and Drainage, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Technology, with relevant certificates as a water and electricity construction worker;

2. At least 5 years of on-site hydropower construction experience, proficient in basic knowledge of hydropower design, hydropower related specifications, and familiar with hydropower related equipment standards;

3. Able to perform detailed breakdown of drawings and solve on-site technical problems.

4. Able to be stationed on site.

Bidding Specialist (1 person)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with the bidding process related to architecture or municipal design, construction industry, etc; Able to independently complete the preparation and sealing of bidding documents;

2. Responsible for collecting bidding information from various regions, preparing bidding documents, and completing bidding documents on schedule according to regulations;

3. Responsible for contract coordination and management of relevant documents for the winning project;

4. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job requirements:

1. Engineering related major, bachelor's degree or above, familiar with paper bidding and electronic bidding production in various regions of Fujian Province. Work meticulously, have a strong sense of responsibility, have strong communication skills and teamwork skills;

2. Experience in producing construction engineering and government procurement bidding documents (electronic bidding) is preferred, and outstanding fresh graduates are also considered;

3. Having excellent professional ethics and a strong sense of responsibility, able to keep the company's trade secrets confidential.
